- It is a CRM, funnel and website builder, email and SMS sender, calendar, pipeline, and workflow automation tool in one login. The real pitch is not any single feature. It is that your contacts, your booking, and your follow-up all live in the same database, so the automations between them are short instead of held together with connectors.
- 02Who it is NOT for
- If you have one offer, ten contacts a month, and a calendar link that already works, HighLevel is more platform than your problem needs. Same if you are deep into a stack you like and nothing is broken. It rewards people who are going to build in it, and it punishes people who buy a tool hoping the tool does the thinking.
